Location: the hotel was just next door to the landmark historic fortress, the biggest mall in the city and the castle, clock tower, mosque and statue of Ataturk.

imposing hotel with great facilities in an unbeatable location just next door to the turkey, open windows which meant the mosque calls at 4:00 + am and the mountains beyond. fine check-in and late check-out, parking close to the venue. had free wi-fi throughout the property.

The location in the middle of the city is great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle service to the Erciyes ski resort was too expensive with 70 lira. The pub was overcrowded and therefore too loud.

Enjoyed a rich and satisfying breakfast with plenty of meal options. The beds were spacious and comfy, so I had a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location was convenient, and it had a charming old-fashioned vibe that was a bonus! 😉

I recently had an amazing stay in a hotel in Kayseri. This hotel is located right in the centre of town, making it very convenient for exploring the city and even visiting nearby Cappadocia. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Moschee from my window. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and had a great variety of fresh food to choose from. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the hotel.
All was fantastic, no improvements necessary.
